i found the staff very helpful upon arrival. i arrived early from a flight, they stored my bags, and my room was ready. they also promptly called a taxi when i departed. the staff were always professional.
There were no complimentary water bottles provided. That would have been convenient.

the location was convenient near the train station and shopping. the staff were very friendly and always ready to assist. my room was clean and the bed was really comfortable making my stay restful.
i found the lack of available main courses one evening inconvenient as only pizzas were unavailable limiting my dining options within the hotel that night

the location was fine. it was easy enough to get around.
I was really annoyed that the room was so noisy at night. loud music played until late hours. i also had issues with housekeeping. My room wasn't cleaned for two days even after i asked.

the location was really convenient, being right next to the bus stop. hop-on-hop-off services were easily accessible. the train station was also just a short walk, about five minutes away.
the room felt quite small, it made it a bit claustrophobic. i found it annoying that there wasn't a tea or coffee maker in the room.
